"I walked into my State Farm agents office and I met with. Adrianne Shields.I must say She met me with the warmest smile and asked me"how can she help." I told her my situation and she responded by saying no problem. I really didn't believe anybody could help my situation. My insurance has lapsed the night before, on top of that My renewal was due the next day. My balance was $687 without the possibility to pay in full. Further more I drive for a living and without my insurance being in good standing I thought there was no way. "Absolutely do not do business with this agency. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I was billed for premium that I requested 3 times to have canceled and they never processed the order. I asked to speak to Marvis Simpson to try to handle this matter as it was urgent and I hear her tell her receptionists that I’ll call him tomorrow. No urgency and extreme lack of problem resolution for their customers. I was billed for an extremely long period of time for a premium that should have been canceled and they mislabeled my equipment in their system which who knows if something would have actually happened if I would have had coverage. Do not use this agency. Look for someone better that has their organization in order."
